5-Day Clubs – The 5-Day Club is CEF’s summertime Bible Club for children which is held for one hour on five consecutive days. CEF workers and trained summer missionaries present the Gospel through teaching a visualized Bible lesson. Scripture truths are also presented through a missionary story, visualized songs, and Bible memory verses. 5-Day Clubs may be held in a home, a community building, a church, or outdoors where children gather.
Good News Clubs – The Good News Club is CEF’s weekly Bible club held throughout the school year. The Good News Club teacher continues to reach boys and girls with the Gospel while using the visualized materials.
Party Clubs – Party Clubs are one-time clubs held for special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter. Workshops are held for those who are interested in holding a party club.
Fair Ministry – Each year, CEF has a booth at the NC State Fair. Interested children come in and hear the Gospel from someone trained by CEF. The Bible and the “Wordless Book” are used in presenting the Gospel.
CYIA (Christian Youth in Action) – Christian youth and adults are trained on all aspects of the 5-Day Club ministry. Under the leadership of the Director, they are sent to carry out 5-Day Clubs reaching many hundreds of children with the Gospel.
CYIA Reunion – Weekend retreat held twice a year, once at the end of the summer ministry, and again in the spring. This reunion is for those who have been summer missionaries and those who are interested in the summer ministry.
Teacher Training – CEF is well known for its quality teacher training. We offer seminars, workshops, special classes, and even Bible college credit courses called TCE (teaching Children Effectively). We offer these classes at the CEF office or we can come to you. Contact us about times, places, and subjects.
Good News Spectacular – These are mega outreach events utilizing inflatables, entertainment, and refreshments as a draw to be able to reach children with the Gospel of Christ.
